you know what kills me when i think about bucky? he wasn't always so quiet. he was quite the opposite actually. lively. fun. wanted steve to loosen up and have a good time.

idk about you guys but one of the things that is making me most excited about s17 is just how willing they are to look ugly as hell! to look weird as hell!

Oh thank FUCK. An addendum to my last rant about her about hating her, she FINALLY took the step she needed for me to be like. YES!!! PROGRESS!!! YOU'RE DOING IT!! I'm satisfied. Es got through to her, Shidou got through to her, Mahiru got through to her, we can see the wavering cracks in what's the start of healing and reconciliation. I'm so happy.

I feel confident she can now grow. Like AGHH. YES girl. YES. Let's learn what we did was wrong and heal! We genuinely haven't gotten the impression she was gonna waver at ALL until this trial, which is what frustrated me to no end (and also why I disliked her because I WAS her). Because unless there was that doubt, and that doubt was verbalized and comprehended beyond a vague "feeling", she would've grown up to do the exact same thing as her parents.
But not anymore. She's gonna work on it. She's gonna think about it even if it'll take time. And that's what's SO important. Her foot's in the door rather than the door not even being in the same room.
Anyways let that be a testament that my hate came from "Please give me a CRUMB that you see how wrong this is and won't grow up to make cult 2.0." We were gettin' NOTHING. She was incredibly steadfast, zealous and devout in a way that was indicating a VERY dark path. Because I know that there was a point when I was in my born-'n-raised cult that I was planning on becoming a full on devotee, going celibate and traveling the world. And I would've absolutely committed until I had those morsels of doubt, which Amane finally has!! And recognizes them!! Ughh
The RELIEF is all. Good. Satisfying wrap up to her story. That eases my rollercoaster of emotions I feel and felt towards her.
