Who knew a fresh cut done myself could make me feel ten thousand times better about myself. Sure I don't have a 6 pack; I'm not as handsome as @happyhourprofessional, @bromancing-the-stone, @rj4gui4r, @aconnormanning, @my-name-is-really-neil-mcneil, or @masculinityissofragile, and my milkshake is lacking to the highest degree; however, I can't believe how much I love myself right now. It's been years since I've felt this good about myself and it makes me want to cry. My body may look like shit, but I honestly feel so good. Thank you, guys, for helping me slowly love myself.

tumblr user alex zubat created their own charity after leelah alcorn’s suicide called “the leelah project”. the goal of the charity was for people to mail alex some of their old clothes, and then alex would mail them out to trans teens in need of new clothes. it’s a great idea in theory, but they asked people to send them outrageous amounts of money in order to cover shipping costs. they raised over $14,000 for the project, but according to people who donated, hardly anybody’s package had actually been shipped out. here’s a post that goes super in depth with exactly what happened.

so long story short tumblr user zubat took advantage of leelah alcorn’s suicide and made thousands of dollars as a result of a fake charity in her name.
