Да-да, я долго тут не писала. Да-да, я.

Все тут такие итоги подводят, планы строят. А я как бухой Бернард Блэк выползаю из горы книг и спрашиваю «Прикурить не найдется?».

Найдется.

Окей, я пережила депрессию, хотя еще есть подозрения, что это ремиссия. Каким образом – это потом (в основном, потому что яйца у меня железные).

Еще я перешла в другой университет, где мне мозг не имеют по пять раз на дню. Я познакомилась со сходкой соционики, где завела много разных друзей и нашла одного замечательного молодого человека.

Какие сделать из этого выводы?

Первое – никогда не вешать нос, И НЕ ВЕШАТЬСЯ САМОМУ. Почему? Все просто. Помереть всегда успеем. Самый простой способ предотвратить исход игры, который вам не нравится – прекратить игру. Но игра-то только одна (допустим, ты веришь в реинкарнацию, и что? Оно тебе надо – заново учится ходить?). Так что вперед и только вперед.

Второе – хвалить себя за любой (даже ма-а-аленький) шаг, который помогает приблизиться к цели или избавиться от депрессии. Лежишь на кровати головой на выход – уже умничка. Встал и сходил в душ – чемпион! Вы только посмотрите на этого человека, сколько в нем силы.

Это не сарказм, так и есть – ты молодец и многого добьешься.

Третье – не замыкайся в себе. Если ты интроверт – то ок, тебе поблажка, но это не значит, что нужно засунуть голову в пижаму и притвориться, что мира вокруг тебя не существует, и твоих проблем вместе с ним тоже.

Нет, о, разочарование! Все существует, включая твои силы, радость, счастье, вкусную еду и решение этих же проблем. Все.

Мне помогло найти новую компанию, где я никого не знала. Это как глоток свежего воздуха.

И самое главное – ГЛАЗА БОЯТСЯ, А РУКИ ДЕЛАЮТ.

Понимай как знаешь, но это слоган всей моей жизни. Знаешь почему?

Потому что ничто не так страшно на самом деле, как оно представляется.

Какие у меня планы? Сохранить то что нашла, приумножить то что имею.

We all want to #manifest the #life of our dreams. So, why do we resist or hesitate in letting go of what prevents that very manifestation? Are we more unwilling to get ready, or just secretly afraid of what it may bring with it? Underneath it all, are we more comfortable with what we know - what is familiar - to the extent that our vibe actually rejects what we think we want most? On this eve of a new year, fresh start, what is more powerful than to look ourself in the eye in the mirror and promise we will do nothing in #2019 that would hold us back?! If we see ourselves clearly, we can be free. Which version of you will you choose this year: empowered, ready, aware?
