Our new washer and dryer came today, and the delivery men were horrible. We witnessed them tip the machine backward on a 45 degree angle, and then let it flop all the way back from there without anyone catching it. Then they didn’t install all the parts, and when I asked them about the bolt plugs, the delivery man lied to me and said that the new employee they had brought them up, but they weren’t for our machine. Well, they were (I found them in our manual and instructions for them. So I had to call the delivery service and ask them to have them please return the parts that they took. When they came the guy snapped at me, and looked annoyed that I asked for the parts I was supposed to have. Our first test run, the machine is making a horrific grinding noise, so we think they broke something when they dropped it on it’s back. Thankfully, Costco service is incredible, and they’re ordering us a new washer and dryer set, and they told me when the company calls to schedule a driver that I should call Costco, and they will request that a different group of delivery people do this next round. Frustrated - because we’re out of $40 tip, but at least we will get new machines.
