How did you get started running?: I threw on some runners about 8 years ago and went for a run.
What motivates you to run?: It makes me feel normal. Do you have any advice for people on your pace bus?: Tell yourself to relax through the first few kilometres and then dig deep for the last couple.

What are your PBs?: 22min for 5K How did you get started running?: I got sick of feeling puffed after a short 20m sprint to the train. What motivates you to run?: It's cheap, it's fun, and the friendship and camaraderie made is true and priceless. Do you have any advice for people on your pace bus?: Stay mentally tough and believe in your training.

What are your PBs?: My PB for 10K was 37:37 (about 25 years ago). Ha! How did you get started running?: A good friend described his heart operation and it made me determined to achieve a higher level of fitness. What motivates you to run?: The exhilaration that comes with the physical effort plus the added benefit of meeting my fellow runners. Do you have any advice for people on your pace bus?: First objective: get to the start line. Second objective: get to the finish line. (KISS principle)
