Hard flash photography lighting turned out to be really hard to replicate, so if you want to make your OCs in a hard flash portrait NO YOU DON'T
Cheers! And hopes that 2026 doesn't kick us too hard

Tavistock Dickensian Evening 2012 As you can see, it wasn't that Dickensian. Which means I was almost venturing into Paul Reas territory here, but I wasn't thinking outside my own little box enough to include some of the actual Dickensian goings-on, for true contrast. Then I'd have had his two main signature topics of consumerism and heritage all in one!
The brown ghost and the pile of old bedding.
David having his photograph taken by Alice, The View Pan-Asian Buffet, Plymouth, Spring 2013 What you can't tell from my belligerent photographing of Alice is that she's about four times more belligerent with photographing than I am! The layering in this picture is interesting - it's a photo within a photo. And it's one I really like, but I never had anywhere to put it. However, looking back, there are quite a few dining-out photos (and not just of Alice) that would go together nicely. Maybe I ought to continue making them and edit them into a book or something?
Another shoot I had over the past weekend. This Kim Hoang she is a very very talented fashion stylist who I know I'll continue to work with in the near future. She is dropping her blog & website soon in which I will post whenever I get note of it!
Two very different style's but I enjoyed shooting both of them!
