What do you do?
What do you do when he doesn’t want you anymore, and he discards you like yesterday’s trash?
There’s no rhyme or reason for why you’re no longer good enough, there’s no “let’s talk about it” there is absolutely nothing.
What do you do when he was your everything? He was the honeymoon period that never ended until today.
He was your comfort blanket that you brought everywhere, because with him you were safe.
What do you do, when deep down you knew he was drifting away from you? The nights where you’re crying so hard you must muffle your mouth while he sleeps so soundly right beside you.
What do you do, when you have the same talks over and over again and the promise to do better never happens?
What do you do, when you know deep down that something isn’t right. You cling on to the hope that maybe you’re wrong, and maybe part of him is better than nothing.
What do you do when you’re left all alone, empty inside with nothing but questions?
What do you do?
You live.
Teacher:*talking something about a topic I am not interested in*
Me:*almost dying of boredom and doodles something in the folder* "hmmm, this looks perfect,I need to draw this at home"
At home...
Me:*draws the same thing that I doodled in class*Fuck, why does it always turn out perfect as a school doodle and at home it turns out like trash?!*internally muffled frustrated screaming*

02/03/23 - Weed, CA - LAST TRIP TO OTTER ROCK - We’ll never really know who decided to sell my mom’s house in Otter Rock, OR on the cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean or why. There is nothing that we can do now but deal with the hard reality of having to get our stuff and say our goodbyes. The good news is that nobody can take away fifty years of great Otter Rock memories. Started this reluctant roadtrip in Tucson, AZ where I rented a U-Haul. Then it was off to Los Angeles, CA to pick up my brother. The plan is for both of us to pick up our stuff in Otter Rock and drive up to his place near Port Ludlow, WA where we will part ways after unloading. Then I’ll continue on to our storage facility in Quitman, TX to unload and turn in the U-Haul before doing the final leg back to Tucson: hopefully making it back in time to celebrate Valentine’s Day with my bride. Not really a roadtrip I wanted to do in the middle of winter through multiple mountain ranges but sometimes, you have to do what you gotta do. So far, so good: the mountain weather has been cooperating and I’m getting in some great bro time.
Que onda con la gente que se enoja porque alguien quiere aprender lo mismo que ellos? Yo si se algo, hasta te digo como hacerlo. En el mundo se necesita menos competencia, odio o envidia. Y mas apoyo.
