not too shabby considering I'd been off dance for three months with a hip injury! came third in the advanced trad set competition :)

Placing fifth was such a rewarding moment, after this year,  I could not be happier to still be on the podium! I have to say a massive thank you to my teachers for pushing me, Shaani and Angel for always making sure I was strong and healthy, my family for giving me the tools and support to get up on stage!

how can I keep from losing cross and turnout when switching feet in hard shoe rhythms?

first in the advanced treble reel at the keele inter-university feis 2019! honestly, I was legitimately surprised by this result -- it was a really strong competition, and watching the video back, I wasn’t at all sure I should’ve won. not that I’m complaining, of course. it was a cool way to return to dance after months away with hip problems
