5 Rounds for Time
1. 5 Ninja Jumps 2. 10/10 (= 10 each leg) Elevated Bridge Leg Lift 3. 5 Dynamic Push-ups 4. 20 alt. sides 1 arm-1 leg Bridges 5. 10 alt. legs One-Leg Burpees
Motivation is key! It doesn’t matter the time it took to complete it, what matters is that we did it!!!!!!

Update: Wow…5 rounds is tough! Did it in 26:36. Love the dynamic pushups, one leg burpees are effective. Had to do a 2 arms-1 leg bridge…room for improvement :) keep fighting!
