In terms of movement, gravity acts. It is constantly applying force towards the center of the rock we're spinning around on, and we respond to these demands. The first point we receive gravity is through our domes, but an extremely important location, often overlooked, forgotten, and paid very little attention to is our hard palate. It's not necessarily even a movement practice we take into consideration because of the taste buds overloading our brains with sensory information, but chewing and what we're chewing on matter. It affects our matter and how we hang in gravity, and how we create levity. @westonaprice studied and discussed the importance of our diets and our palates and having room for our teeth. The teeth and face are intimately neurologically connected to the rest of the body.
