Shadowrun Returns - Coyote

Shadowrun Returns is a tactical role-playing game that was developed and published by Harebrained Schemes and is set in the world of the Shadowrun tabletop role-playing game. It initially released in 2013 on PC, it as since then been ported to console and mobile.

Making their way back through the room that housed the hellhounds and into the room that they were protecting, here we find Alex, the last of Stevie J's crew. They take a pot shot at Xan, but is quickly put down by Xan. Here is Coyote, severely injured but alive, the trio make their way to the elevator and their escape.

I started playing Shadowrun: Dragonfall, which means DUCKY DEBUG RIDES AGAIN. Here she is fifteen minutes late to an assassination with soycaf. She’s precocious.

(I came up with this maudlin-ass backstory for my character and I just want to draw her palling around in cute outfits. Shoes by gucci, grenades by fichetti…)

I’d love to play her in a tabletop game sometime just to see how well a face/decker/razorgirl build works, her contacts would be her orcish magician younger brother and her very exasperated cyberdoc

I just finished the bonus campaign for shadowrun:hong kong and I am Fucking Furious

By the end of the main campaign there’s closure! Your character has reconciled with their brother, they’ve found a new family in their team of runners, and have set themselves up as the heroes of hong kong. Even if the Corporations still run everything there’s a sense of personal worth to how the story ends.

The epilogue is basically four runs (that really aren’t as good as the ship infiltration one) followed by forcing you to betray either your team or your brother, sweeping the leg right out from underneath the whole “fate can be thwarted” theme from the main game.

FfffffffUCK this shit. Cyberpunk’s supposed to be grimdark yeah but there still oughta be hope. This just kicks everything good about the ending to the main game in the teeth, it’s like they resented making it.

The game has a campaign editor. I’m gonna make my own ending. With blackjack. And hookers.
