Also trying to figure out non silhouette hawk John. I like to think that most of the time he's just Arthur's incorrectly shaped shadow, but I also want to give him a more physical design.

The cloak is his wings but when he opens them there's just more feathers. He's got hands under there too somewhere. Creepy bird hands like the player character in Slay the Princess.

Yellow and The King have similar deals except Yellow is a heron and The King's got a biblically accurate angel thing going on.
