today is... odd.

im legit terrified for my friends and i  cant do anything and that makes me even more upset because i cant do anything to help them

why do so many things become bitter sweet when you fall out with your best friends?

i cant really listen to certain music, playing certain games is depressing, enjoying certain musicals, drawing just feels... empty. 

theres some rp characters i havent touched since then too.

she was bad for me but i miss what we had when it was good

i fucked up and now he wont talk to me

im just.... feeling very lonely today

When I get kinda dissuaded by the fact I’m 24 and writing fanfiction and rping and am like ‘am i always going to be like this? I cant make up anything original’ 

I remember that the mothers of fandom where my moms age, are now my grandparents age and they were writing fanfiction for years, some still do. I know people who are in their 40s who are rping and Don’t show any signs of slowing down. 

Then I look at the world I built with Kayla. 

Yes its using the setting of Kingdom Hearts, and overwatch, but they’re just the foundations.

It was me who built upon that foundation. It was me who linked Overwatch and Kingdom Hearts together in such a way it was seamless. It was Kayla who managed to merge Mass Effect into the universe. We managed to string together a complex story from fragments of other things, link together fragments that had been set out from the start and fell into place later on. A Year or more later on in some cases. 

Yeah it’s using Kingdom Hearts, Overwatch and Mass Effect, but this story is unique to us. It’s complex and rich and so very VERY complicated that I made sheets and sheets of details, character lists, inventories. Why? Because I enjoy it. This rp has been going for two years or slightly more. we have shit planned for the next 6+ months or more. 

Then I look at my fanfiction. Yeah, okay it’s no Hang the Fool, but I get plenty of positive feedback. Hell I had people asking when the update was gonna happen. 

I have never had that till now. So I must be doing something right???
