Never feel bad about just playing girls, some people just can’t get the hang of other genders and that’s perfectly ok.

I just wanna give people all the love I guess? But I also know if I could write more genders then I could be a better more diverse writer and it’s like ughhh I wanna be better.

He usually took his baby sister to Disneyland in March. That was the time where it was the least about of people, which meant people wouldn’t completely bombard him asking for pictures. He assumed the best in people, hoping that they would see he was with his younger sister and not bother him. But odds of that happening were slim to none. All day his sister mused about meeting all of the disney princesses. So he would use his fame to his advantage. He did work for Disney for the majority of his childhood, they would have to let him. He managed to get access to meeting the princesses. That was all he asked for and they happily gave it to him. Their first stop was Ariel, her favorite. He had seen his fair share of Disney Princesses, so this one wasn’t any different. Until they started interacting. Carter watched his little sister interact with Ariel and told her all about how she wanted to be a mermaid. Carter couldn’t help but smile. “I’m pretty sure my sister would trade her voice to live underwater,” he grinned. “You know what they say, the seaweed is always greener, right?”

"I’m in love with someone else" #whoops

“Oh.” The word came out like a thousand pieces of her crashing into a pit of nothingness. All summer she had hoped... hoped that she had found something... someone that was worth fighting for. Literally. Every time she went Olympus, she couldn’t go a day without defending Thomas in front of Ares and Hephaestus. They haven’t touched him yet, but she knew that if she and Thomas had grown closer, neither of her brothers would resist the urge to get rid of him if only to protect her. But now, it all seemed like a foolish waste of her time. She thought that maybe she wasn’t so loveless, that clearly the goddess of light and hope just needed someone to make her feel whole. Instead, she gave away the only vulnerability she’s known... and he was taking it away like it was okay to break her any more than she was already was. “Well, I’m sorry I even bothered to tell you how I feel. It was a stupid idea anyway. I mean me liking you? Stupid, right?” She smiled at him sadly before averting any eye contact. She couldn’t let him see her cry. She’d already let him see her cry far too many times. She refused to be vulnerable, especially now that she was being turned down. At least it was better than being left at the altar, right? Wrong. “Congratulations, Thomas. I’m sure she’s... she’s a really lucky girl.”
