7:How often do you use references?
I try and use references for all of my drawings that are ‘serious’, like for instance round 0 stuff and stuff. Also for poses I am unfamiliar with, or if I’m browsing stock images and i see soemthing cool. You see /whispers fellas, I am not very good at drawing sooo - refs are my bff. But the thing that frustrates me is like - I can never exactly find a ref of the exact build of my characters, and so i always get really frustrated because in my attempt to adjust my own drawing to fit my charcter I always feel like I lose some accuracy to the ref, and if I stick closer to the ref i feel like I lose the features of my character. So baaaasically, If it’s a character standing 3/4 facing left, I’m solid gold, but anything other than that and I’m using a ref and both loving and hating myself for it OTL
19: What is the most difficult thing for you to draw?
EVERYTHING OTL but I guess if I had to pick, anything that isn’t human. So like, animals, backgrounds, furniture, cars, etc. etc. The worst thing is I am just like, too lazy to practice those things? I make the excuse like, “I DO THIS FOR FUN SO WHY PRACTICE STUFF THATS NOT FUNN” which is CRAP and DONT TO THAT OKAY PRACTICE I just ajfshgdsjds sorry yeahhhh
