i also couldnβt help but notice that miyako from yumemita is described as being quite fragile and sickly on her profile, struggling to even leave the house, which coincides with the fact that there was a whole hhw event dedicated to kaoru putting together a stream for her sickly fan who very much seems to fit the same description. that same event seemed to also hint toward kaoru reuniting with said fan in the futureβ¦
