A "beautiful" young woman was named who "accidentally" died at Liverpool's historic Adelphi Hotel earlier this month.
Chloe Haynes, 21, was found dead in the prestigious downtown hotel at 6:37 am on September 10 after emergency services rushed to the scene for "security reasons." Three men were initially arrested in connection with her death, but were later released without charge. The men, aged 26, 46 and 49, were arrested when Merseyside police opened an investigation into the woman's death, but later speculated that Miss Haynes had "accidentally" died. Who Was Chloe Haynes? At the time of the incident, Chief Investigative Inspector Lynsay Armbruster said, “We are at a very early stage of the investigation and are trying to determine the circumstances of the young woman's death. "I would like to ask anyone who was in the hotel early in the day and that she may have seen or heard something come forward." As the tributes poured in for the 21-year-old, a friend said, "Shut up pretty girl." Another added: "Absolutely heartbroken". And a third said "RIP good". The hotel gained public recognition after being featured in a 1997 documentary series, Hotel, which offered viewers a rare insight into the daily operations of the place. Fawlty Towers actor Andrew Sachs narrated the popular BBC series, which reached 11 million viewers after the first episode aired. The hotel became popular with passengers wealthy enough to cross the Atlantic on ocean liners like the Titanic in the early 20th century. It has also hosted a number of famous people, including former Prime Minister Winston Churchill, who loved the hotel so much that he held strategic meetings there in the late 1940s. Harold Wilson, another former prime minister, also walked through the doors and even had his favorite suite named after him. Narrowly avoiding bombings during the 1941 Liverpool May Blitz, the city center hotel also attracted the likes of Frank Sinatra, Judy Garland and Bob Dylan.
