Harris Whisky The Hearach Oloroso Release

The Hearach – Oloroso Cask Matured is the Isle of Harris Distillery's second permanent bottling, launched on September 24, 2024, exactly one year after their first single malt whisky launch.

This single malt matured entirely in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks, sourced from the prestigious Bodega José y Miguel Martín in Andalusia, Spain. The dry, dark, and nutty character of the Oloroso sherry gives the whisky an unmistakable depth and complexity.
