A local man is finally explaining why he put toilets and Confederate flags on his properties.
The flag, placed on private property right off the road in Harrison, Ohio, includes the mayor's name. The mayor said his team is looking int
okay sooo. it seems a specific guy is mad at the auto accessories shop across the street from his house for having "a junkyard" out front. and he's contacted the city to have the govt. force a cleanup, but the city won't do anything.
in turn, the guy made a display of toilets and confederate flags and posted a sign reading "WELCOME TO HARRISON, OHIO - MAYOR RYAN GRUBBS" to make it look like this is a Mayor/City-Endorsed display (IT IS NOT) and give the town, and by extent, its elected officials, a bad image
