After a rough encounter with DeVoe, the team was gathered in the cortex thinking of ways to defeat him before he hurts someone else. After everyone ran out of ideas they decided to try again tomorrow after they regained some energy. As everyone was leaving Harrison called out for Barry.
“Barry, could I talk to you for a minute?” Harrison asked him. As Barry turned around he gave Y/N a nod to wait for him outside. Y/N walked out of the cortex and waited for him in the hallway.
“Sure. Everything okay?” Barry asked Harrison.
“Yes, ye- no. Actually no. With everything going on with Devoe i’m just worried about Y/N. You know how distraught we were when Zoom took Jesse and I couldn’t bare having the same thing happen with Y/N.” Harrison said.
“Hey, you don’t have to worry about that, Y/N is safe and nothing will happen to her.” Barry said trying to calm him down.
“But you don’t know that! I need you to promise me Barry, if there is any way to protect Y/N I will take the risk, whether I die or not, I need her safe. I need you to promise me to not stop me and to make sure Y/N never finds out I sacrificed myself for her.” Harrison said.
“Hey, Harrison don’t think like that. I won’t let you do that. I can’t let the woman I love lose her father to DeVoe.” As soon as Barry said that he knew he had ruined things.
Harrison turned to Barry with a glare, “The woman you love?!” He shouted at Barry.
Barry started taking steps back as soon as Harrison stood up in his seat
“Well you see . . . Y/N and I are dating. An-” Barry started but was interrupted by Harrison.
“Dating?! What did I tell you the first time you met Y/N?” Harrison shouted as he took steps forward Barry.
“That you would send me so far into the multiverse that no one would ever find me.” Barry gulped.
Right before Harrison reached Barry, Y/N entered the cortex and yelled, “Run, Barry. RUN!”
As soon as she said that the pair was gone in a flash, where they left Harrison to freak out by himself.

Pairing: Harrison Wells (e-2) x Reader
Summary: Y/N finally meets Harrison’s daughter Jesse, and lets just say things didn’t go as planned.

“Harry are you sure this is a good idea?” you asked Harrison as he prepared everything around the cortex for the arrival of his daughter Jesse. He talked about this moment for days, explaining to you how Jesse is his biggest accomplishment and showing how much he loves her.
“Yes Y/N, now calm down there is nothing to worry about, she will love you...” He said as he quickly pecked your lips, “... just like I love you.”
You were really nervous of meeting his daughter, after all he did go after a crazy demonised speedster to save her. You haven’t met his daughter before since you were basically new to the team. One day you were walking towards your favourite cafe - Jitters - when you bumped into someone. That someone resulted to by Harrison Wells. When you saw him you were confused to say the least, I mean, it’s not everyday where you get to see a dead man walking around Central City. After a few words were exchanged you offered to buy him a coffee since his fell when you bumped into each other. Since then you two have been inseparable. And now his daughter from another Earth was finally coming to visit, but the thing is that she doesn’t know about you and Harrison.
“Okay, okay she is coming people! Gather around!” Cisco yelled as the rest of the team. As we all gathered, a breach appeared in the room where a young girl came out from.
“Hi everyone.” she said as she looked around the room. Once her sight landed in her father she smiled at him, but that smile vanished as soon as she noticed you holding her father’s hand. As you saw her reaction you were quick into releasing his hand. At this, Harrison turned and gave you a confused look but ignored the action as he approached his daughter.
“Hey Jesse, I missed you.” Harrison said as he gave her a hug. Everyone else went to greet Jesse and afterwards left claiming they had stuff to do but they were glad to see her once more. So it was just Jesse, Harrison and you. There was some tension in the air until Harrison decided to present you to his daughter.
“Jesse, I want you to meet Y/N. Y/N meet Jesse.” Harrison said. You went to offer your hand to greet her but she just glared at your hand.
“What is she doing here?” She asked her father.
“I am part of the team pleasure to finally meet you, I’ve heard man-” You were rudely interrupted by her.
“I wasn’t speaking to you, I repeat, Dad, what is she doing here?” Jesse spoke again.
At this Harry quickly reacted and spoke, “Jesse! Please have more respect. What is wrong with you? This is Y/N and we... have been dating for a while now so I wanted for you to meet her.”
“What is wrong with me? What’s wrong is her! Did you finally find someone to replace mom with?” She said with a very angry tone. You were getting more nervous as watched the exchange go on.
“Y/N, could you please go back to the cortex while I talk to Jesse?” He said as he gave you a quick kiss, “I’ll be right up.”
“Yes leave and don’t come back.” Jesse muttered under her breath, but it was loud enough for you to hear.
As you were leaving you decided to stay right outside the door to hear their exchange as curiosity got the best of you.
“What the hell is wrong with you Jesse?! The one time I want you to meet someone you go and treat her like trash.” you heard Harrison say.
“It’s not my fault you go dating any leech you can find in the street.” Jesse said
“Don’t talk about Y/N like that! You don’t know her like I do.” Harrison defended you.
“I don’t need to know her, I can see by the way she looks that she is just a desperate bit-” Jesse started but was interrupted by Harrison.
“ENOUGH! You insult her one more time and so help me God to not send you back to Earth 2 and find a way to keep you there!” Harrison shouted.
You had never seen Harrison so angry before, and you have never imagined him shouting to his daughter like that. After all, he had explained to you how important his daughter is to him, and you couldn’t believe that this was happening because of you. After Harry said that, you heard some footsteps approaching so you turned to make it look as if you weren’t listening. You felt something crash into your shoulder harshly as you then saw Jesse quickly leaving the room while you heard soft cries coming from her.
You felt as if all of this was your fault, so you had to make it right. You entered the room and saw Harrison throwing stuff like he usually does when he is mad, and spoke,
“You were really harsh on her Harrison.”
He turned to look at you and said, “I-It’s just that the was saying things about you and I couldn’t stand it. She was so quick to judge you, and my anger took the best of me.”
You approached him and took his hand. “I can take care of myself Harrison. You were so excited to finally see Jesse after all this time and now you fought because of us being together. You shouldn’t fight your daughter because of me, I won’t let you. I feel as if all of this is my fault.” you started. He gripped your hand tightly and said, “No, no. This is not your fault.”
“Listen Harry ...” you continued, “When we were getting to know each other, you told me how important Jesse is to you, how after the death of her mother you only had her and you were willing to do everything for her. Heck! You even fought Zoom for her! And I am not going to get between the two of you. After everything you have gone through, I-I couldn’t bare being the reason into why you and your daughter stop talking to each other.” You said as you released his hand.
“No, Y/N. What are you saying?” Harrison asked. Seeing him with tears in his eyes made you want to cry even more but you couldn’t. You had to be strong not only for you, but for him as well.
“I am saying Harrison, that I won’t be the person to come in between your family. I couldn’t live with myself if I did.” You said.
You slowly placed your hands on his face as he leaned towards your touch. You gave him one last longing kiss as a tear dropped from your eye.
“Please don’t do this Y/N.” Harrison said.
“I’m sorry Harry, just know that I will always love you.” You said as you debated into giving him another kiss or not. You decided not to as it would make it harder for you to leave, so you just ran out of the room as fast as you could just as you heard screams and crashing sounds coming from the room you just left. So you left STAR Labs facilities, leaving the love of your life behind as you would bare being the reason why he fought with his daughter.
Part 2? Where maybe Jesse sees the damage she has done?
“Where the hell am I?” You grumbled, confused and hurt. Your side ached, as well as your head, making an assumption that she probably did something to get you hurt.
“Maximum security prison, you’re not getting out of here anytime soon.” A man, with short brown hair and a tall body spoke. His green eyes glared at you, small cuts and bruises around his outer lip and chin.
“You’re not going to hurt anyone anymore.” Another person, this time a dark-skinned woman with long brown hair stepped forward, her glare even sharper than the others surrounding her.
“Hurt anyone? What are you talking about!” You pounded on what looked like a glass door, though you knew that it must be something stronger. Otherwise she would have broken out already.
Suddenly, a realisation came to mind, in the way of a flash. You saw a man, the one who had cuts on his face, standing in front of you, a dark red mask on. But, it wasn’t you who was standing there. It was her, the one who haunts your dreams, and came out when you didn’t want her to.
You couldn’t hear the words that she said, but you could feel your voice making a mocking tone. But, just as quickly as you saw it, the vision was ended. Well, more like memory.
A shaky hand clapped over your mouth, putting the pieces together. You must have hurt that man, it was the only thing that made sense.
Stepping forward, the short-haired man wrapped an arm around the woman, pulling her closer. The two other people, a woman with red hair and a man with long black; they both looked at you with confused faces.
“Please, you have to believe me! That wasn’t me, it was this bitch who takes over my...ugh!” You let out a load moan of hatred, not being able to find the words to explain what she is.
“Bull shit.” The woman cursed, stepping forward, but the man pulled her back. She glared up at him, then back to you.
“Like, an alter ego?” The black-haired man stepped forward, his voice much more immature than the others. It wasn’t something you were used to, since imaturity was not very likely to be found in your home.
You nodded, as the people whispered. You knew they were debating whether to believe you or not, your fingers crossed, hoping they would.
But, loud footsteps sounded at the other end of-what you assumed was- a tunnel, coming closer. Non of the people seemed fazed, showing that they were in knowing that this person was coming.
Well, people. Because, turning the corner where two people. The large man had dark skin, a small tuble on the end of his chin; dark clothing to match.
And the other, was…
“Harry?” Your voice broke, tears springing into your eyes at the sight of the one you had lost. He stopped dead in his tracks, looking at you with pure shock.
“Y/N?” He asked air, but still you nodded, afraid that you would wake up and this would all be a dream. He wouldn’t be back, he would still be gone. “You know her!?” The group yelled surprised, as Harrison rushed forward.
After he pressed a few buttons, on a small key pad next to your cell, the see-through door sprung open. Immediately, you feel into his arms, trying to hold your inevitable tears back.
