I’m a sucker for anything lemon meringue and a sucker for good pastry, do this was a bit of a no brainier from @harrods. Buttery pastry filled with a tart lemon curd and finished with a mighty swoosh of torches meringue. It was sweet, but not overly sickly, tart but not puckery. I guess if I was Goldilocks, this would be just right. . Have you been to Harrods Bakery & Roastery department? I think it’s really slick.
