Starting to get really pissed off at all the Harrison is just like Deb stuff.

No, he's not.

It's like the writers don't know what to do with the different dynamics in the show now that Deb is gone, and instead of trying to create something new with Harrison they're slowly filing down all his edges to make him fit into the hole Deb left. Even making him a cop and everything. Screw his characterization in New Blood, I guess. He's Deb 2.0 now!

I did love Resurrection but comparing Harrison in New Blood to Resurrection - and everything that's come out about season 2 so far - it feels like they're slowly lobotomizing my boy. And like, I would be fine with it if this was written as a deliberate tragedy. That Harrison is so desperate for his father's love that he's trying to imitate Deb and to fulfill a role that wasn't meant for him. But I don't think they're doing that.
