Yessss exactly! Like today my mom told me that there are other things in life to worry about other than one direction and I'm like okay cool I'll worry about that when I get to it. AND THEN she had this long speech about how I will never meet Harry so I should probably start getting over that one, like I understand I probably never will but damn way to burst my bubble. Don't worry, I totally understand where you're coming from!

Aww I'm sorry! That sounds exactly like my mom, but my mom doesn't even listen long enough in the first place to know who my favorite member of 1D is (she thinks it's Liam and even though I love him to death, it's not Liam). 

Parents think they know what they are doing best for their kids and they don't! They don't realize that it's making their kids upset.

I know! It's sooo irritating. If I focused as much energy as I do to somethign else they would totally except it, but because it's a boyband they just can't accept it and keep on calling it a phase (which, 21 months is a really long phase) and I just wish they could be like "cool you like a boyband that's totally fine with me"
