The closest cell service was a 4 hour drive on dirt roads and 2 more on pavement to Marathon TX. This #oldtractor was was the last thing I expected to see in the #middleofnowhere entering a camp site at #blackgap east of #bigbendnationalpark it’s obviously been there for a while and with civilization so far away what and who put it there? It’s easy to judge the present off the past, but it seems like this #harshlandscape in #westtexas was once used for something more than recreation?
