“I don’t care if this was the last slice of pizza. I ain’t fucking sharing. Get lost.”

He was here first, he had been in front of her in line. Their pizza was actually NOT shit, so of course, he was going to go for it for lunch. And yet he heard the comment behind him, and that is what set him off to the current moment. He wasn’t gonna back down.

Sienna is more than a little annoyed, she had been tailing those humans for awhile now and yet- this kid had to show up out of nowhere and ruin it. Damn, she was so close to getting some good info!

Still as the human thug falls to the ground, a bloodied face she at least feels a little satisfied. Even if these weren’t the humans she was originally after, it felt nice to let out some of that pent up rage she had- and they were clearly no good if they were going to chase down some girl in masks like those.

“Explain to me child, why if you’re easily spooked you’re walking around this part of the city.”

She is of course referring to the lower levels in Archimedes, even though she had only been here a short time this was clearly no place for children. Even if they were a human- she’d love to just abandon them . . . Her instincts tell her not too. They don’t yet carry the sins of their forefathers.

“I’ll escort you out of here this once but don’t come back down here again if you’re this jumpy.”

She had prepared for today since several days - from the choice of cake, to meals to go along with it well, to gifts - this year, Kido was doing her best to make Christmas as best as can be. However, not only Christmas was being celebrated, so was the birthday of a beloved member of the Mekakushi Dan. Not being too good with words, Kido kept herself very brief. 

   “Happy Birthday, Haruka. I’m happy you’re with us today and we can enjoy this day together, may many years follow after”, she said, handing him a package that contained a new sketchbook as well as some pens (rather expensive and top quality ones, it was hard to get them), then pointing at the cake next to her. “This one shall be all yours. Don’t worry, I made a second one just in case.”

Today, Serah thought she'd go visit the park in the neighboring sector. It really was a bit different than her own, there were trees and flowers for miles. It was lovely and reminded her just a bit of Sunleth Waterscape. Thankfully the weather today was beautiful so her stroll through the park was going well.

There seemed to be lots of people enjoying the scenery just like her, it was while she was looking around that she noticed a few scattered pieces of art nearby. Curious, she walked closer, spotting someone nearby with a sketchbook in hand.

"Wow... these are all really beautiful." The words escaped her without a second thought.
