Harvest Haven is a discord-based fantasy roleplay group for fans of Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons, Rune Factory, and Stardew Valley. What is Harvest Haven?
What is Harvest Haven?
When the Haven was first founded, nature’s bounty was rich, full of runes and promise. This, naturally, attracted many different kinds of citizens wanting a piece of that land for themselves. This quickly caused territory disputes–everyone argued over who should have the most land, why, and what was most important to sustain the Haven. Some had the Haven’s best interest in mind, while others were motivated by pure greed.
This didn’t stop villagers arriving from all different crafts and creeds–farmers, nobles, magicians, performers, craftsmen, and more–and the more villagers moved in, the bigger the territory dispute became. Harvest Haven was on the verge of a civil war until a powerful spellcaster used their magic to divide the Haven into several separate districts, each with their own environment for residents of all walks of life. Citizens broke off into their respective districts, and peace was achieved.
This, however, did not solve everything.The magical output caused monsters to spawn in different parts of the Haven, and its residents are increasingly trying to fight back against the growing monster populations (or befriend them!)
