Who would have thought that dairy free "ice cream" could be so good! I received a coupon for free non-dairy frozen dessert from @SoDelicious and I choose Coconut vanilla flavour because I like everything with coconut.💕💕💕This dessert is delicious but I hardly taste coconut in it. It contains coconut water and oil, organic cane sugar, some different gums, vanilla bean and natural flavour. And I don't really know why-baking soda, I think because of it this frozen dessert has a little bit bitter aftertaste. It tastes like vanilla more than coconut. The texture is like ice cream and don't melt too fast like milk only ice cream.
