رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ.

 Rabbanā ātinā fid-dunyā hasanatan wa fil-ākhirati hasanatan wa qinā 'adhāban-nār.

Our Lord, grant us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.

Manage your expectations if you don’t want to end up disappointed. Don’t expect to get what you give because not everyone has a heart like yours. Nonetheless, give generously, knowing your reward is with the Almighty and not from people around you.

There’s a sister that passed away a few days ago and her friends are asking people to report her socials because they don’t know the passwords. now ask yourself, is what ur posting going to do you any favours when ur 6 ft under ??

May Allah have mercy on that sister, forgive her and grant her jannah. Ameen.

وَإِذَا رَأَيْتَهُمْ تُعْجِبُكَ أَجْسَامُهُمْ } من روائها ونضارتها، { وَإِنْ يَقُولُوا تَسْمَعْ لِقَوْلِهِمْ } أي: من حسن منطقهم تستلذ لاستماعه، فأجسامهم وأقوالهم معجبة، ولكن ليس وراء ذلك من الأخلاق الفاضلة والهدى الصالح شيء، ولهذا قال: { كَأَنَّهُمْ خُشُبٌ مُسَنَّدَةٌ } لا منفعة فيها، ولا ينال منها إلا الضرر المحض، { يَحْسَبُونَ كُلَّ صَيْحَةٍ عَلَيْهِمْ } وذلك لجبنهم وفزعهم وضعف قلوبهم، والريب الذي في قلوبهم يخافون أن يطلع عليهم.فهؤلاء { هُمُ الْعَدُوُّ } على الحقيقة، لأن العدو البارز المتميز، أهون من العدو الذي لا يشعر به، وهو مخادع ماكر، يزعم أنه ولي، وهو العدو المبين، { فَاحْذَرْهُمْ قَاتَلَهُمُ اللَّهُ أَنَّى يُؤْفَكُونَ } أي: كيف يصرفون عن الدين الإسلامي بعد ما تبينت أدلته، واتضحت معالمه، إلى الكفر الذي لا يفيدهم إلا الخسار والشقاء.

Your good deeds won’t guarantee you Paradise. So don’t become complacent. There’s no such thing as auto-acceptance from the Almighty. With social media, things get tricky. Are you doing it for Him or for the likes & accolades from people? Examine your heart. Purify your intent.

Be consistent in your acts of worship. Small, daily doses are better than one huge chunk and then nothing at all. The Almighty loves those deeds that are done consistently. Remember, baby steps and build it up progressively. That way you’re more likely to have staying power.

Don't do anything to compromise the sanctity of these last nights in #Ramadan . Don't argue, swear, backbite or gossip. Focus solely on the Almighty. Do more good deeds, give generously and make an intent that every little bit you do is for Him and Him alone!
