Thistle is one of our smallest spiders (Hasarius Adansoni)

which is why we don't handle her that often. However when she came to the front of her enclosure and tapped on the door, I couldn't help but get her out 🥹 She even explored a play gym today! Swipe to see her happy face whilst exploring!

The colours on this boy's face are unreal! 😭

They're such an underrated spider in the hobby. They're definitely a species that's best observed rather than handled a lot (since they are very zippy and jump A LOT 😅). But they're a fun species nonetheless.

She's quite the reclusive spood, but when we do see her, it's always worth the wait. She's our chocolate queen 👑 Just look at that wittle face 🥹
