It's always a fun game of why does my body hurt. Did I over do it with my tiny workout yesterday, am I cramping from an invisible period, am I developing some other autoimmune disease? Did I not get enough water? Or some combination

Sick Rant

No Mum we're not the same. We aren't taking the same vitamins and even with if we were I have an autoimmune disease I have a compromised immune system. And yes I came into work late today because I didn't feel good and I didn't sleep well so sorry I work at a job where it matters if I'm fucking tired. Not to mention I'm a damn adult and I have leave but I can use as I see fit. Also I didn't even have to use any of my fucking leave cause I had a half hour of overtime and I fucking stayed late
