I think I just made one of the best meals of my life with this Greek Shrimp Zucchini Kale w/Bacon and Feta Cheese Salad. This is my first time frying cod. Used a mix of Mediterranean seasoning from another recipe. It turned out great. I paired it with... wait for it.... this is my hack......Lean Cuisine Mezzaluna Ravioli w/spinach. ... cause I was being lazy with the sides and its one of my favorite LC meals, and cucumbers. I figured we're in the clear for eating romaine lettuce now and in an effort to make myself eat more salad, I found these baby romaine packs at @aldiusa, paired some with salmon and pico de gallo and walla!
