These are for Hasim, my Dark Urge from BG3.

This is Hasim, the fusion between Marik and Ishizu.

Hasim possesses healing power as well as to create any amount of light they want. Their other set of arms are wings, due to the symbolism of freedom these two want.This also goes well as Ishizu’s tie with Isis, which is portrayed as a bird and Marik’s tie with the Winged Dragon of Ra.

Their fusion has a very serious nature, but a kind heart underneath that wants to heal everyone’s wounds (Both physical and mentally).

9. Do you have a favorite member of the Tiefling Refugees? Is it the same as your Character's?

My favorite member of the Tiefling Refugees is most definitely Zevlor. He is so so babygirl. Oh! Also I love Arabella's parents they're so sweet.

Hasim's favorite Tiefling Refugee member is also Zevlor (though he definitely has a very soft spot in his heart for Mol and Arabella) and I think that after Hasim knocks out Aradin during the argument, he's very taken by Zevlor. In my heart of hearts I know that Zevlor and Hasim have an emotionally messy one-night stand after Hasim kills Kagha.

23. What are your Character's thoughts on the dream visitor?

Hasim has really complicated feelings about the Dream Visitor. It takes the form of his pre-transition self, a devoted Priestess of Lolth with immense political standing and security. Hasim is a trans dude and was Lolthsworn. Even though he -as a Dark Urge- doesn't remember his past, subconsciously when he wants to feel protected and safe he thinks back to stability he had pre-transition.

He feels the lure of that safety and has a hard time distinguishing his understanding of that version of himself from his understanding of the illithid powers, and thus their allure.

26. What was your favorite enemy? Did your Character have any memorable fights or moments in combat that were ripe for headcanons and interpretation?

My favorite enemy was True Soul Nere. I really liked the combat encounter and getting to push people into the lava and it was so so satisfying to get to kill him.

In terms of Hasim having memorable moments I think definitely the hyenas and gnolls had a really visceral effect on him. When he saw the hyena and the horrific monster bursting out of it he felt a little bit like he was looking at a reflection of himself and his dark urges.

31. Does your Character have new or old phobias or superstitions that affect their story?

Hasim has an incredible phobia of sleeping. He is never able to rest properly and after he slaughters Alfira in his sleep he has a hard time trusting himself to relax enough to truly recover and sleep. He's really afraid that he'll hurt one of his companions whether because of the Urge or because he became a mindflayer. He develops this fear of himself, his own power, and his resting mind and so he is constantly holding back and is on edge.
