My neighbors are assholes and management doesn't care, and in fact doesn't want to help us at all even though wtf, they didn't confirm that the apartments weren't poorly planned and constructed (who puts a kitchen above a bedroom?!), and they didn't ensure that the space between stacked units was properly insulated. After the tantrum the property office's manager threw yesterday, I'm afraid that the upstairs neighbors' behavior will get worse. Booooooo.

Sound is probably amplified because its central A/C right? 

man. :( I feel bad for you. I hope they won't be super jerks from now on. Good luck.

Did they reblog it to use a gif, maybe? I’ve had people reblog random posts of mine, delete all my text, and write something completely different but keep the gif I used. It baffles me.

Nope. It was just text (one sentence and some tags.) They got rid of the tags and just reblogged my text. :/
