Before our NODs class……7 hats given away for successful daytime Carbine Hat Quals, that’s standing to prone and 10 rounds under 14 seconds from 100 yds and scoring 90 or better into a n NRA B8. The new guy I put together a couple of posts ago on the range today during a 1 on 1 class; 1) zero 2 &3) hat qual on 4x 4) 200 yd group (dialed .6) 5) we went to 300 and dialed 1.6 but had solid 25 mph right to left (I held ) so I’m happy with that group. I used a mixed bag of 62 gr. Had this Chambers pistol with RMR show up in a class.......it’s a laser beam ray gun from another dimension.......dude shot a 93 in 7.38.......I shot a 95 in 16.69 with cowboy sights and a stock Glock (my sights)......I never intended the hat qual to be with anything other than irons but after a few years it looks like I’m gonna have to make a RMR timeframe.......stay tuned for that.......this guy’s Chambers gun is the tightest fit and finish I’ve seen on any leg iron and I’ve been doing this longer than most in this business....well done. #defoor #defoorproformanceshooting #kd4 #hatqual #pistol https://www.instagram.com/p/B-o5SzfFlBB/?igshid=118ma07uyygls
