CONSIDER

Nakahara Chuuya is trans, on T, and stealth. He hasn't gotten any outward surgeries because he loves the mafia so much he didn't want to take all that recovery time away from his job and didn't want questions about it anyway. He wears so many weird layers to hide his chest. This is also why he's so short and insecure about it.
