As much as I’d love to see bill travel with thirteen pearl mackie confirmed in an interview at sdcc that she’s leaving after the christmas special, but she said if chibnall ever wanted her back she’d gladly do it.
Since I think she also confirmed that The Doctor Falls had been her last episode, I don’t put an awful lot of trust in statements like that. But I don’t think it improbably that “if Chibnall ever wanted her back, she’d glady do it” is where things stand at the moment. The question is, will Chibnall want her back in his first series?
