mgsv should have more horror related art
Recently recovered mirror had instructions on how to summon a entity to have a wish come true. Reports are that if you do this at night you'll start seeing a woman in the reflective surfaces.
drawing a creepypasta per day #17
how do you even get a high score in this bullshit
for some reason tumblr will not play the video for me, instead listing the time as NaN:NaN. game's haunted so hard it broke the video player
Well that figures.
i found an incredibly specific disco elysium bug.
so the game has the following two features i use:
1) the ability to set two languages. with a single button press the entire interface, including any dialogue currently on-screen, switches between the two languages
2) a dyslexia-friendly font. it looks like opendyslexic, not sure tho
each of these features is fully functional on its own. if all you use is the language switcher, things seem to work fine. if you only use the dyslexic font, no problem.
however, if you happen to use both, then suddenly the text in every pop-up (item pickup, task added, task complete, thought added, etc.) becomes haunted. it remains perfectly fine everywhere else, but upon the very first language switch you’re guaranteed a soup of unicode in every pop-up. here’s me hitting Q right as a pop-up comes to demonstrate. note how the racist lorry driver’s line is still shown correctly.
it’s easy enough to reset: turning the font off and on (with, i think, a brief resumption of the game while it’s off) exorcises the demons and renders everything legible again. but as soon as you try language-switching, it comes back. pretty funny but also very inconvenient!!!!
While at a fighting game tournament with my friend Travis, we read a story about a haunted Wii game that takes place in the woods... that's when Slenderman shows up.
