Hey There!

I'm KayLynn! I am 19, almost 20, and I am currently in school to become a medical assistant. I love the medical field and I want to be a part of it, without become indebted to the state for medical school.

Baking is one of the things I love to do, hence my blog title.

I also love to write and draw and knit and watch TV (I currently have a collection of, altogether, over 100 DVDs, TV shows, and VHS tapes from my childhood).

I have two best friends, one of whom is on tumblr. You can find her under hauptmannholmes. We've been best friends since we were five, and she compares us to Felix (me) and Oscar (her) from The Odd Couple: She drives me insane, and I cook her gourmet food...

I work as a cashier at Hannaford, and, quite honestly, such a better job than the one I had a couple of years ago at a craft store....

My obsession at the moment is How I Met Your Mother. Hilarious, albeit highly stupid and innappropiate, show. But I love it. Thank you, Netflix!

I have started this blog to chronicles my life that is, quite honestly, filled with watching movies, going to school, and working. Pretty much, no social life, which I like. So, this blog will just be filled with posts about that, and reblogs of things I find that I like.

I watch about one episode a day. That's pretty impressive. I think it's been a while since LeBeau watched them too, but clearly that doesn't impact quality.

just saw Looper and it was unexpectedly awesome

watching Pillars of the Earth at the moment and HOLY SHIT RUFUS SEWELL IS A GOOD GUY. DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DEAL. Ian McShane's still a baddie though, so the world is still on straight.

Umm. I have a lot of action figures on my desk (tons of tiny ones, an alfred, john constantine, three batmans, rainbow dash, Rinzler, Perry the Platypus and Dr. D)

There's also a plushie joker and a stuffed hedgehog that honks when you squeeze him
