As far as adult fiction goes I really liked Landline by Rainbow Rowell. But for a book that can be related to Night Circus, I liked Stardust by Neil Gaiman and The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater (that might be YA though, I’m not sure). Good luck!

I will for sure look into Stardust! I've read The Scorpio Races, and I adore it, although I feel like it's probably too young for what my teacher is looking for. It's a great read though! Thanks love!
