14.02.20 London O2 Brixton Academy. Of course I don't want to withhold these photos from you 😉. I was just waiting for the pictures from the Vip, so it took a little longer. But I can only repeat myself again and again, to fly to England, since there was no German date, was the best decision I ever made! Especially with what's going on with canceled / postponed concerts at the moment 🥺. It’s time to chill by the beach after a YUGE week of eating, training and building our adventure business for it’s release next year! I thought I’d share just a few training videos and photos from the weeks highs and lows... the lowest being my average looking #butterflypullups practice 🦋😂, and the highest (flukiest!) being an EXACT SYNCHRO clean and jerk with @joturek on the other side of the room (swipe for videos!). Even the drop was to the tee! 🏋🏻♂️😂 For those that asked, I trained about 10-12 hours this week (very high intensity), plus daily mobility work of about 15-30 minutes. As someone said in a DM in response to a weight lifting video “no wonder you can eat so much food!” (Swipe for photos too!) 🥩🍔🥑🍎 tbh, I love it that way!
