Staying motivated: a roundtable discussion

The VOW writers strike has been going on for a little while now, though for many of us it certainly feels like a much longer while. You'd think Voltage would have realized by now what the right thing to do is.

I don't know, WLL MC. Sometimes people are a bit slow. Change can be scary.

At the beginning, it's easy to feel fired up, full of emotion, ready to take on the world for their just cause.

But as time goes on, it can be harder to feel as passionate.

Ok maybe not you, Antonio. You're passionate about everything 🙄

However for the rest of us, it can be. But we have to ask ourselves a few simple questions.

Do we love the stories and care about their writers now as much as we did before?

Are we willing to become complacent and allow the incredible minds responsible for bringing these stories to life to continue to be underpaid and disrespected?

Good!!

Then let's keep at it!

Gee I wonder why.

Not because his season was bad...it was my favorite actually but because people are alluding to the writers' strike in their reviews.

Mine has been removed even though all I said was "I hope the same talented writer, who deserves to be treated fairly, is able to continue it."
