For those who can't read the message, a transcription:
Dear Princess Celestia, First of all, I have to say that you’re a great voice of reason in the MLP community here on tumblr. I really appreciate your thoughtful words in the midst of all this insanity. I love this fandom, but I can’t say I haven’t seen a darker, more mean spirited element rear its head from time to time. In fact, that’s going to be addressed in my next (somewhat profanity laden) Tumblr entry which I was going to post tonight but couldn’t quite properly express myself. In it I express my own thoughts on how to make sure this fandom behaves properly, but what do you think we should do?

Hello, hawkflame-mlp! This message is very late, and I do apologize for that; if you have since made a profanity-laden post, I hope it was a good one! Feel free to send me a link!
First of all, thank you for the compliment, it is much appreciated, friend! <3 And second of all, I do have a few tips which I think, in a very simple way, might help to improve the Brony fandom at large:
1. Criticism is your friend! If someone criticizes someone else, don't 'call them out' for it, or demand that they be quiet, because of 'love and tolerate' or whatever. Criticism is an important part of growth, and when you shield your fandom from criticism, it stagnates and turns toxic. People often criticize things they love, criticism is not inherently mean or nasty!
2. Recognize that people have a right to be offended by things, and work to make all people feel welcome in your fandom! (That means keep your porn to yourself, among other things, like avoiding homophobia/transphobia/racism/etc.!)
3. Don't be a bully! Treat all of your fandom-members with respect! That includes being extra careful when it comes to young and minor fandom-members!
4. Hold your fandommates accountable for their actions! If your friend is behaving in a terrible manner, don't defend him; tell him to knock it off!
I'm sure there's more rules, but those are just some very basic ideas to start with!
