Are we sending Bi!Cap headcanons? Because if so, I am so down for that. Anyways, Steve is a total softie at heart who never can turn away a kid, so his apartment is always overflowing with LGBTQ+ kids who have run away from home or just plain need a safe space because Steve knows how it /feels/ and then Steve recruits Sam and Bucky into helping him found a youth shelter specifically for LGBTQ+ kids and UGH BI!CAP GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY IS SO IMPORTANT OK
Looks like tonight may be another Bi Cap headcanon party, so yes. :D
I love Bi!Cap being there to support LGBTQIAP+ kids.

Intriguing. More info?
hi i /love/ the new term you coined wrt gender (maverique) and i feel it describes me really well. is it alright with you if i use it as a descriptor? also, can it be used as both a noun and an adjective, or merely one or the other?
i’d be honored if you used it. :) the word if available to anyone for whom it resonates.
i use it as both a noun and an adjective. ie.
(noun) maveriques have a strong sense of autonomy in regards to their gender.
(adjective) a maverique person may find it difficult to relate to conventional concepts of gender.
the adjective form gives an air of formality to me… more so than the noun form, anyway. either are possible, although given time one may become more common than the other.
do you have a preference or inclination towards one over the other by any chance? i’d love to hear your feelings on it, if you have any. :)
about the whole can i/can i not use yiddish words thing, are we allowed to use it if we're mixed ethnically, but were not raised with it culturally? the last full jewish person in my family is my grandpa, (on my dad's side no less, and he was not practicing religiously afaik) but he spoke yiddish a lot with me growing up and i still use some words today (though i've never had the opportunity to fully study yiddish) am i in the wrong here? or am i fine?
see this is where it gets even more complicated like even if someone were to oppose non-jews using yiddish...what about people who have jewish family members or are otherwise heavily involved in the jewish community?
i would just say it's complex - in my opinion since it's part of your background it's okay though - people may have varying opinions on it
