sahhhh cheap. i’m guessing you’re talking about alfalfa (i keep saying that to be internationally friendly but we call it lucerne). this equals about $5.60 australian dollars.

WORLD MARKET COMPARISON: i just checked, a 1500lb bale of timothy/fescue/brome is going for ~$150 in alberta, canada. alfalfa approx the same rn.
wow okay holy crapola! i could get a round bale of grassy (like rhodes) the same weight for $70. we generally don’t see alfalfa in that quantity where i live. plus also i can’t buy gigantor bales anyway.
