Betty didn't bother to take anything other than a magazine with her when she went to meet up with Hayden in the History of Magic classroom. She had finished all her homework and as the boy she was trying to push into work was in the year above her then there wasn't anything she could take to help him, short of borrowing notes off another seventh year, so she simply trusted that Hayden would have anything he needed with him. She went into the classroom and saw that it was still empty, so sat on a desk and opened up her magazine, flicking through to look at the fashion pictures so that she could save reading the actual articles until Hayden was working. She looked up when she heard the door click open and grinned at Hayden. "You turned up!" She couldn't help but keep the surprise out of her voice. She knew he hadn't been very keen to do his work and she wasn't sure how good a job she'd done at persuading him to come. "Right, sit down then," she said bossily, determined to show from the start that she wasn't going to take any messing about. He had to do his work otherwise he was going to have a nasty surprise when it came to his NEWTs.
