Mama | LFX
genre: fluff
summary: felix being jealous because hazel’s first word was ‘mama’
age: Hazel = 1 / Benji = 3
warnings: none
________
“Mama! I want pancakes!”
“Okay, done!” you cheered, turning to the cupboard to get out the ingrediants for the pancakes.
“Mama,” Benji said.
“Yep?”
“Where’s Daddy?” he asked, his head tilting to the side like a confused puppy.
“He’s upstairs, getting ready for work,” you said, mixing together the flour, eggs and milk, “what do you want on your pancakes, Benji?”
“What can I put, Mama?” he asked, his voice with a slight teasing tone to it.
You giggled, “you can have nutella, or syrup, or... lemon and sugar?”
“Nutella please, Mama!”
“Okay, I’ll call you when they’re ready,” you smiled.
“Thank you Mama!”
You chuckled, hearing his small footsteps run out of the room.
“Mama.”
“Yes, Benji?”
Pouring the batter into the pan, you turned around after there was no response.
“Benji?”
“Mama,” Hazel spoke, her tiny legs kicking up and down in her high chair.
“Oh my god, Hazel baby!” you cheered, rushing over and unbuckling her before lifting her into your arms, “Hazel!”
“What?!” Benji exclaimed, running back into the kitchen.
“Hazel just said her first word! Felix! Get down here!”
“What happened?!” Felix called, jogging down the stairs.
“Hazel said her first word!” you laughed, kissing your daughter’s chubby hand.
“Hazel!” Felix exclaimed, though you could see the disappointment in his face, “what was it?”
“Go on, speak for Daddy!” you smiled, tickling Hazel’s belly.
She giggled, wrapping her chubby arms around you, “Mama!”
Felix’s eyebrows raised, his mouth opening as though he was about to say something.
You smiled apologetically at your husband, Benji giggling before running back in the other room.
“Can you hold her? I need to flip the pancake,” you said, handing your daughter to Felix.
“Seriously, Hazel?” he pouted.
You laughed as you lifted up the pancake, flipping it to the other side.
“I didn’t even see you say your first word!” Felix complained, “and it was Mama?!”
“Mama,” Hazel repeated, pointing to you.
Felix nodded, sitting Hazel on his lap so she was facing him, supporting her back, “yeah, and I’m Daddy.”
“Maybe say Dada.”
“Benji could say Daddy!” Felix whined.
Smiling, you walked over and kissed his head, “and Hazel can say Mama.”
“Stop it,” Felix said, holding back a laugh as you teased him.
“She knows her Mama!” you cheered, kissing all over her face before placing her back in her high chair, “here, give her breakfast, she’ll be repeating your name in no time.”
“Okay, Hazel baby! Let’s eat some fruit,” Felix smiled, sitting beside Hazel’s high chair and placing the fruit on her tray, “yummy fruit! Fed to you by Daddy! Daddy. Daddy. Dad-dy.”
“Felix, stop!”

Early Morning | LFX
genre: smut, fluff
summary: your child walks in on you during sex
age: Benji = 5 / Hazel = 2
warnings: oral (female rec), body worship, no roles
________
“It’s so early,” Felix whined, burying himself under the duvet.
“You don’t even know what the time is,” you rolled your eyes, shaking his arm desperately, “Lix, the kids aren’t up yet and I really need you.”
“Hmm?”
“Please, Lix!”
Felix huffed, rolling back over and pinning you to the mattress, “baby needs me?”
You immediately became flustered, Felix smiling in victory.
He snaked his arm in between the two of you, his lips busy kissing your neck as his hand slipped into your panties.
“So wet,” Felix moaned, “did you have a dream, darling?”
You nodded with a slight whimper, “it was about you, Lixie, you and your mouth.”
“My mouth?” Felix teased, “you want me to use my mouth?”
“Yes! Please, Lixie!”
“Shh, angel, the kids are still asleep,” he chuckled, throwing the duvet down to the bottom of bed.
His mouth hovered over your body, his hand sneaking up your t-shirt so he had access to your breasts and your bare stomach.
“You want me here, gorgeous?” Felix whispered, his finger lingering over your clothed clit.
“Please, Felix,” you whimpered, “right there.”
Felix pressed a kiss to your clothes heat, before sliding your panties to the side and sticking his tongue in your hole.
You gasped out, your hands grabbing onto his hair.
He worked his tongue in and out and around, swirling, licking and sucking as though his life depended on it; and it felt like yours did.
His finger reached up and ran over the scar that you’d recieved from your c-section three years ago.
“You’re so beautiful,” Felix groaned, returning to your clit, “your body is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen, angel. Especially after carrying our kids.”
“Felix, wait!” you gasped out.
“Just ride it out,” he sighed, his hot breath fanning your even hotter heat.
“No!” you whined, “the kids!”
“Huh?”
“Daddy! Mummy!” Benji’s little voice came from his bedroom, “I sleeped really late, I did!”
“We know,” you grumbled, Felix laughing slightly as he got out of bed and threw a new pair of panties at you.
“Mummy! Daddy!” Benji called again, now beginning to walk down the hall, “are you awake?!”
“Yeah, we are,” Felix chuckled, walking to the door and scooping his son into his arms, “you did sleep really late, didn’t you?!”
“Is Hazel awake?” you asked, climbing out of bed for the first time to realise that your husband had a problem himself.
Benji shrugged, looking at you from where he sat on Felix’s hip, “I don’t know!”
“How about we go and look, hmm?” you asked, taking him out of Felix’s arms and placing him back on the floor to run into Hazel’s bedroom.
“Thank you,” Felix whispered, limping off to the bathroom.
“Benji!” you heard Hazel cheer.
You sighed, “I guess we’re getting up, then.”
IKEA Crib | LFX
genre: fluff
phrase(s): 7: “can you put the crib together!” & 14: “better get your dad jokes ready.”
age: Benji = 2 / Hazel = fetus (9 months)
warnings: pregnant!reader, contractions/early labour
________
“Can you put the crib together!” Benji yelled.
You laughed, stroking your son’s black hair, “calm down! We have time.”
“We have... barely any time, but sure,” Felix shrugged.
You glared at your husband, “can you put the crib together.”
Felix laughed, “wow, like mother like son, huh?”
Shaking your head in dissaproval, yet laughing at your husband’s infectious laugh, you watched as Benji whined.
The three of you were situated in your new baby’s nursery, a room you often found yourself in. The rainbows and clouds covering the walls, ready to be stared at in wonder by your baby. The mobile, hung from the ceiling, ready to lull them to sleep. The clothes, neatly folded up in the drawers, ready for their owner to come into the world. Everything was ready, except for the IKEA crib.
“What is it?” you asked, breaking your laughter as you mirrored Benji’s sad expression.
“Mummy, I’m hungry!” Benji pouted, gripping onto your knee tightly.
“How about cereal?” you exclaimed, trying to make your voice exciting to compensate for the slightly boring food.
Benji cheered, Felix walking over to help you out of the rocking chair you were sat in, chuckling at his son’s excitedness.
“Cereal for dinner! Yay!” Felix laughed.
“Because Mummy’s heavily pregnant and doesn’t wanna strain herself! Yay!” you exclaimed, Felix laughing as he went back to the crib.
“Go on, bean,” you chuckled, “lead the way downstairs.”
Pausing at the top of the stairs to grab your stomach as you weighed up what the source of the pain in your lower abdomen could’ve been.
“You were so fast, Benji!” you gasped, smiling at your son’s proud face, having ran down the stairs, you following along behind him (albeit, very slowly).
“Mummy! I wash hands!” Benji smiled, sitting at the table excitedly.
“Good boy,” you cooed, kissing his head before you got the coco pops out the cupboard, preparing them in a bowl with some milk and Benji’s ducky spoon. (It has three ducks on it).
“Here you go,” you smiled, handing your son his bowl of coco pops before grabbing onto the wooden dining table in front of you, a pain shooting through your abdomen in a way that it hadn’t done before.
Benji looked at you with concerned eyes, “Mummy okay?”
You nodded, breathing through your contraction until it ended, “Mummy’s fine, bean, I promise.”
“Ew! Mummy pee!” Benji exclaimed.
But it wasn’t pee. It was a feeling as though there had been a water ballon, blowing up inside you for the past nine months and suddenly, someone’s stabbed it with a needle, the contents bursting inside you, causing a leak on the floor.
“Oh god,” you sighed, looking at the puddle on the floor as you grabbed your stomach, “Felix!”
“Yello?” he called, the hammering sounds indicating that he was still busy with the goddamn crib.
“Felix! I need you right now–ow— ah!” you gasped out, bending over as you hung onto the dining table.
“Mummy,” Benji said, his voice quiet and intimidated.
“Y/N!” Felix gasped, rushing over and rubbing your back before turning back to Benji and picking him up in a cuddle, “Benji, it’s okay, baby. We told you, didn’t we? That when your little sibling comes, Mummy’s gonna be in a lot of pain and you’re gonna have to go to Uncle Chan’s, yeah?”
Benji nodded, “baby coming?”
Felix stroked his son’s hair, nodding, “yep. Right now.”
“My bag!” Benji gasped, wriggling out of his dad’s arms to get his ready-packed bag for his Uncle Chan’s house.
“Have you got our bags?” you asked.
Felix nodded, rubbing your back with a small smile, “they’re all by the front door. Hey, you alright?”
You sighed with a nod, “my water’s broken.”
“I saw,” Felix smiled, “we’re having a baby!”
“I know,” you chuckled, “better get your dad jokes ready.”
“Huh? I have great dad jokes!” Felix exclaimed.
You shook your head, laughing until another tsunami of contraction hit you.
“Oh god,” you swore, clenching your fists and moving around gently, trying to soothe the pain.
“You ready to go, bean?” Felix asked, looking at the little boy walking into the kitchen, his coat on, his bag in his hand.
Benji nodded, still looking intimidated until your contraction ended and you stood up straight, smiling.
“It okay, Mummy,” your son smiled, peeking over the dining table at you, “fighting!”
Parenting | LFX
genre: fluff
phrase(s): 29: “i’ve got the baby, you go back to sleep” & 35: “this parent thing is hard”
age: Hazel = 4 months / Benji = 2
warnings: none
________
“Hazel will wake up!” Benji shouted.
You sighed, exasperated, “if you keep shouting she will, yes.”
“Mummy, no sleep,” Benji said, his bottom lip wavering.
“Benji, let’s not cry, hmm?” you said, holding his chubby face in your hands, “Mummy’ll lay next to you, let’s sleep, okay?”
Benji sighed, “story?”
“You want me to read you a story?” you asked, “okay. Let’s get Peter Rabbit, yeah?”
Benji nodded eagerly, watching with big doe eyes, mirroring a similar look of his father’s as you walked back over to his bed, laying beside him and opening the book.
Your son cuddled into your arm, his head resting on your shoulder, his toy bunny hooked underneath his arm.
As you closed the book on the last page, the boy was limp against the pillow, his eyes shut tight as he snored lightly.
“Good night, baby,” you whispered, wiggling out the bed and pressing a kiss to his head.
You placed the book beside the bed, squatting down and stroking your son’s hair lovingly. Suddenly, the loud sound of Hazel’s cries rang through the house.
You cursed as Benji sat up suddenly.
“It’s okay, I’ve got the baby, you go back to sleep, okay?” you soothed, kissing his head and laying him back down, “I’ve got her, I promise.”
You backed out of his room, walking into your daughter’s nursery as she squirmed in her crib. You reached down, pulling her out and cuddling her to your chest. She was freezing.
“Oh baby girl,” you cooed, “my love, were you cold?”
“She’s cold?” Felix asked.
You nodded, “but I don’t want her to overheat so don’t pile too much on.”
Felix nodded, “let’s just change this baby grow to a long sleeved one.”
You sighed, laying her down on the changing table and un-doing her baby grow button by button.
Felix came up behind you, laying a new baby grow beside Hazel before wrapping his arms around your waist.
“This parent thing is hard,” he hummed, pressing kisses to your shoulder as you chuckled.
“You’re telling me,” you said, “can you go and check on Benji? I’m worried about him.”
Felix kissed your cheek, “of course. I love you.”
“I love you too,” you sighed.
Felix grabbed your face, forcing you to look at him, “in this together, remember? Everything’s gonna be okay, even if it is hard.”
You smiled, reaching up and kissing him before smacking his bum, telling him off for not having gone yet.
Felix laughed, leaving the room.
“Everything’s gonna be okay,” you repeated, facing your daughter as you pulled a long-sleeve baby grow over her body, “of course it is.”
