Il était une fois, sur le Pont des Arts...
Un français amoureux...
French men in love are not particularly rare. People in love, especially on that particular bridge, are kind of common place. Yet, as every lover in the world, Jean was feeling unique, blessed with the love of the most perfect woman on this Earth: His Princess, Hazel.
He only had one week to make her discover France. It was not enough. Still, he had the time to show her how fast was the rising tide around the Mont Saint Michel and how impressive it was to see from the top of the Cathedral. He had the time to show her the famous Hollow Needle near Etretat. The visits of Arsène Lupin's museum was the only moment when she was not the center of his world. Actually, he had been quite silly and childishly excited back there. It made her giggle and smile, both reactions that did nothing to calm him down.
He brought her back to Paris and they went all the way up the Eiffel Tower. Jean had forgot how strong was the wind and how stunning was the vue. One could think that after seeing Manhattan the little french tower could seem ridiculous. It's a false idea. Manhattan is all about canyons and corridors while the Tower stands alone with the beauty of the city of lights unveiling itself under it. They also saw Versailles. They took a coffee at the "Café de Flore" and they had some fun in the "Marais"...
What Jean really wanted to show her was the Place Vendôme and all its luxury. Hazel was not a greedy or fancy woman yet looking at her reactions in front of certain shops had been instructive. The omnipresent and silently approving Grognard had been sent to an important mission shortly after that.
Now the three of them were on one of the most beautiful bridge of Paris, where, as he promised, she was putting a lock symbolizing an eternal love between Jean and Hazel. The proof of that was supposed to be showed to the face of the world with their 2 names engraved in the little metal thing. The parapets were already recovered with similar love locks.
The bridge was already full of names and lovely promises. Jean was wanting to go one step further, one radical step further. Yet, as she was leaning on the lock, Jean physically took one step backward, to get closer to Grognard who gave him a little black velvet case. When Hazel turned around, Jean was on one knee holding the little case open and Grognard was ready to catch her if she faints or runs away.
"If I remember well, I did also promise you to find a ring that fits with the diamond on your neck." He gulped and his cheeky smile disappeared. He couldn't help but feel anguish, that was a huge step forward. "Hazel Brompton, will you marry me?"
What three things does Jean like most?
In order again (and this time with his consent)
France
Coffee
His suits
// Hazel (well technically Hazel his not a thing but you know it's the all "being in her company" thing... well... anyway when he thinks about love he thinks about her) and again he is pestering me about me "not being able to keep secrets"
I feel like crying everytime Jean Lenormand talks about his parents. Where did our beloved gentleman spend Christmas? I hope he was with loved ones. I hope he had time to lounge around in his pajamas, drink coffee, and eat all the sweet treats he desired.
//Yesterday, I’ve read a comics about a character going on a rampage (well it’s Deadpool) because he is angry about his creator (the comics author) because he is suffering and the author don’t let him die (well not that Deadpool really need a reason to go on a rampage).
It was the second part of that story and this time it made me wonder: Would my muse be angry at me for his background or would he forgive me because of my own background or maybe just because the year 2013 which (if you think about it) started badly but was pretty awesome if you sum it up.
I actually don’t know where Agent Lenormand spend his Christmas but I think that he was working. Because he love his work and he would have volunteer, he knows some of his coworkers have families (SHIELD doesn’t stop shielding during the holidays). But don’t worry, I think he was so very happy to receive the thanking texts from all his friends who received his gifts. That’s all he thinks he need.
I know where Jean Lenormand spend Christmas, in that lovely alternate universe that me and my favorite RP partner created for our muses (because I’m human I have favorites). We didn’t wrote it yet because well… We have a real life but don’t worry we will wrote it and it will be tender and romantic, a lot.
Thanks for worrying for him, it means a lot for him and for me.
(From AU!Hazel!) Hazel snagged his arm as he passed under the clump of holiday greenery hung in the shop, and pulled him close. She grinned and let a brow rise as she nuzzled his nose on her tiptoes. "'Tis the season, aye?" And she gave him a slow, deep kiss, with her hands curling on his lapels.

[[ Hazel + Jean == OTP!

Hazel is extremely important to Jean, that is all.
Hazel is cheating on you, you know.
"No, I didn’t knew that."
"Can you give me a name and an address? I have some fact checking to do."
