That's very sweet. Thank you. I know that is a perfectly justified reason, but it I can be a bit contentious about my well-being.

I cannot confidently say that I am, but I do think showing kindness to others does feel a bit like a kindness to myself - so I'd say that's an acceptable compromise for now (until I am able to do better). I try not to vent too often, but I immensely appreciate the offer. Thank you!
