#HBLQuickThoughts on The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo:
.
A great book is one that checks all the boxes. The mental checklist of everything you love and look for while reading a book. I like to think almost everyone has a checklist of sorts. The best book though, is one that expands your mind. One that is a pleasant surprise and makes you think outside the box. So far, all of Taylor Jenkins Reid’s books have fallen under that category for me, this one being no exception.
.
The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo was one of those novels that I was hesitant to dive into because the premise seemed different from all of Taylor’s other books, and I am a mega-super fan of her books, so I was very nervous about being disappointed. Well, it is VERY safe to say I was not disappointed and this is one of my favorite books of the year! The characters, the plot, the twists(!!) were unforgettable and I don’t even have to comment on the writing because that was (undoubtedly) fabulous. If you haven’t picked up this book yet please do!! And make sure to pick up all of Taylor’s books because you will not regret it.

Ps. I’ll be using the #HBLQuickThoughts hashtag for some mini reviews here on Instagram and I’ll also have a section on my blog! 😊
