I have come to find it almost amusing when my team attempts to oppose me or explain the supposed detrimental flaws of my business plans as if I haven’t thought of everything already and the counters to those flaws. Eventually they will realize I’m not my father. I actually do my own business planning and I have the schooling to know what I’m doing.

I had a dream last night...I was in a nice tux...I don’t remember what I was doing, but I remember feeling like the President of the world....I tried real hard to remember it all when I woke up, but I couldn’t. So I had Pop-Tarts.

...know what I always wondered? Why doesn’t the freezer have a light? I mean, the refrigerator gnomes have a light to guard our food...but the freezer gnomes have to stay in the dark....I don’t think it’s very fair. Maybe they should go on strike...

Tomorrow is a very important day ladies and gents. Why? It’s because your royal highness was born 26 years ago. I know the world’s all gloomy and sad because of what happened…believe me I am too. And Tina will be avenged. But for the love that all is holy and good also known as moi, please do not ruin my special day with your sad and pathetic whining. It’s surprising how much of an affect oversleeping for half an hour can have on the rest of your day. Thankfully, after a lot of rushing around this morning, the piano lessons I had scheduled began on time. For this, I would like to take a moment to appreciate the discovery of my very best, faithful friend: coffee. Without it, I could not have made it through the day due to exhaustion. Although, I must admit, my students’ growing passion for music never fails to brighten my day, no matter how busy. It's incredible getting to share something I love so much with others and seeing their own enjoyment improve along with their talent and skill. How is everyone else’s day going so far?

As the lights flickered back on the room filled with a panicked buzz. The first thing Quinn did was scan the room for reactions, before pulling out a note pad she had stashed away in her clutch bag just in case. Scribbling away furiously, she dodged her way through the crowd of people flooding for the exit, accidentally smacking into somebody sending her notepad flying to the floor. “Crap.” she muttered.

With the holiday upon us and the fixation people have with chocolates, cakes, and sugar in general underway, the bakery has been kept determinedly busy in means of preparation. I’ve never seen so many heart shaped sugar cookies in my life and I’m fairly certain my hands will be dyed bright red before the week is through. Unfortunately, I worked a late shift and didn’t have a chance to attend the Valentine’s Gala this past weekend, but I’ve heard it was quite the exciting event. There’s nothing like a masked crusader to really put the city in a mood for romance.

So I took this week off to focus on myself and keep my mind off of everything that’s been happening around me. I called my Nana who lives out in Texas and she thought I was a phone sex operator, I really think she needs to get back in that group home. I also finally cleaned my apartment and it’s so nice to walk around and not feel embarrassed when I have guests over. But I think the real high point of this week was writing and getting a whole bunch of work out of the way so I think it’s time I have a night out finally.

I had to give like 7 lap dances to a bachelor party tonight...they were all gross and smelly and one of them tried to touch me. So I twisted his wrist.

 Jake kicked them out, but I hope I didn’t get us into any trouble...
